Shipping and returns
Orders are prepared within 24 hours and processed via express courier, with delivery in 24-48 hours (24 hours more for the islands), subject to stock availability, on the same day the payment certificate is visible. Each product page shows whether or not the product is available. The wording "Available in 3 days (or more days)" indicates the time needed for us to physically have the product in stock ready to be shipped. In the event that, in the same order, there are different items, shipping will only take place when all are fully available.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and in real time by the system at the time of purchase based on the weight and volume of the products in the cart. Delivery is to be understood as being on the ground floor. For any deliveries to upper floors, notify and request a quote at the time of ordering, otherwise the courier may refuse. Shipping costs include packaging and postage costs. Any customs charges for deliveries abroad will be paid exclusively by the buyer. We recommend that you group your items in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, in which case shipping costs will be applied to each of them.
Free delivery
Free shipping in Italy is granted for orders over 99 euros, excluding disadvantaged or peripheral areas imposed by the couriers. Free shipping in the rest of the EU is valid for orders over 199 euros excluding disadvantaged or peripheral areas imposed by the couriers. The promotion is not valid for particularly heavy and/or bulky products. (example: furniture). The amount of the promotion is net of VAT.
Shipping
Your package will be sent under your responsibility, but special attention is paid to fragile objects. The boxes are of reasonable size and your items are well protected. Upon arrival of the shipment, check that it does not show signs of tampering. Otherwise, accept the goods 'with reservation'.
Right of withdrawal
No complaint will be considered valid if reported after 14 days from receipt of the material. Complaints must be sent in writing to our address info@otzitattoofactory.com . No material should be returned without our authorization. Authorized returns must be sent to us accompanied by the transport document or receipt indicating the number and date of the invoice relating to the original supply.
